I heard from a "next gen" accountant the other day. His feedback about the book was that it hit very close to home from the perspective of a 30 something manager. He could really relate to Mark and Katie and their desire for a formal path to partnership and their quest for meaningful work. He was glad the book didn't malign his generation and showed their side of the story. He was especially struck by the part of the book where the concept of loyalty is being raised; He liked Bennie's comments about loyalty being a two-way street. What do you think?
